EVANGELISM/SHARING GOSPEL – be active in sharing

• I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ. Philemon 1:6 NIV
• I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always offering prayer with joy in my every prayer for you all, in view of your sharing in the preaching of the gospel from the first day until now. Philippians 1:3-5 NASB
• Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day. Ps 96:2 NKJV
• Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! 1 Cor 9:16 NIV
• Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. Pro 24:11 NIV

PUNISHMENT – for not accepting Christ/Gospel

• He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. 2 Thess 1:8 NIV
• Whoever believes and has decided to trust in Him [as personal Savior and Lord] is not judged [for this one, there is no judgment, no rejection, no condemnation]; but the one who does not believe [and has decided to reject Him as personal Savior and Lord] is judged already [that one has been convicted and sentenced], because he has not believed and trusted in the name of the [One and] only begotten Son of God [the One who is truly unique, the only One of His kind, the One who alone can save him]. John 3:18 AMP

UNBELIEVERS – blinded

• The god of this age (the devil) has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. 2 Cor 4:4 NIV

WAYS OF PREACHING GOSPEL

Testimony:

• Many of the Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told me everything I ever did.” John 4:39 NIV

Scripture:

• Many more believed because of His word John 4:41 NASB
• from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 2 Tim 3:15 NKJV
