HOW DOES GOD SPEAK?
Directly:
- “With him I speak mouth to mouth [directly], Clearly and openly and not in riddles; And he beholds the form of the LORD. Why then were you not afraid to speak against My servant Moses?” Num 12:8 AMP
- the LORD used to speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. Ex 33:11 ESV
Through Prophets:
- “The Spirit of the LORD spoke through me; His word was on my tongue. 2 Sam 23:2 NIV
Through People:
- So Moses listened to his father-in-law and did everything that he had said. (about appointing people) Ex 18:24 AMP
Holy Spirit Speaks

GOD STILL SPEAKS

PROMISE

GOD COMMUNICATES
While Spending Time With God:
- Quiet Time: In the morning, O LORD, You will hear my voice; In the morning I will prepare [a prayer and a sacrifice] for You and watch and wait [for You to speak to my heart]. Ps 5:3 AMP
- During Worship: While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said Acts 13:2 NIV
Through Close People:
- Children, obey your parents in the Lord [that is, accept their guidance and discipline as His representatives] Eph 6:1 AMP
