And so it was, when she was giving birth, that the one put out his hand; and the midwife took a scarlet thread and bound it on his hand, saying, “This one came out first.” Then it happened, as he drew back his hand, that his brother came out unexpectedly; and she said, “How did you break through? This breach be upon you!” Therefore his name was called Pereza. Genesis 38:28-29 NKJV

aPerez = Breach or Breakthrough

So [Israel] came up to Baal-perazim, and David smote [the Philistines] there. Then David said, God has broken my enemies by my hand, like the bursting forth of waters. Therefore they called the name of that place Baal-perazim [Lord of breaking through]. 1 Chronicles 14:11 AMPC
So David came to Baal-perazim, and he defeated them there, and said, “The LORD has broken through my enemies before me, like a breakthrough of water.” So he named that place Baal-perazim (master of breakthroughs). 2 Samuel 5:20 AMP

Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. Exodus 3:1a NKJV
He led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. There the angel of the LORD appeared to him in a blazing fire from within a bush. Moses saw the bush ablaze with fire, but it was not consumed. Exodus 3:1b-3 BSB
Come, I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring my people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt.” Exodus 3:10 ESV

At this point in time, Moses was 80 years old. Not retired and looking after someone else’s flock!

Now Moses was eighty years old and Aaron eighty-three years old when they spoke to Pharaoh. Exodus 7:7 AMP
