9 Gifts of the Holy Spirit
- to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, and to another the effecting of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another the distinguishing of spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues. 1 Cor 12:7-10 NASB
God has given each one a gift
- to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. 1 Cor 12:7 NASB
God doesn't take His gifts back; once given they are yours for life
- the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable. Rom 11:29 NASB
Only thing that prevents us using gift is fear
- I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Tim 1:6-7 NKJV
