No Favouritism

  • God does not show favouritism Rom 2:11 Acts 10:34 NIV Deut 10:17 ISV

Example:

  • Unwell woman: suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment. For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.” But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, “Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour. Matthew 9:20-22 NKJV (Mark 5:25-34 NKJV & Luke 8:40-48 NKJV)
  • Others: when the men of that place recognized Him, they sent out into all that surrounding region, brought to Him all who were sick, and begged Him that they might only touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched it were made perfectly well. Matthew 14:36 NKJV

COMMENT: The Lord Jesus healed a lady who touched the hem of his garment. Later on others were healed touching the hem of His garment. Whatever God did for anyone else, He can do for you. So find scripture verses that pertain to what you want that God did for others and ask the same for yourself. See examples below:

  • Full Life Span & Health: Moses was one hundred and twenty years old when he died. His eyes were not dim nor his natural vigor diminished. Deut 34:7 NKJV
  • Deliverence from enemies: Then David spoke to the LORD the words of this song, on the day when the LORD had delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul. 2 Sam 22:1 NKJV
