Blessings For Children

1. Renown, Acknowledgement & Prosperity

  • Their descendants shall be known1 among the Gentiles, And their offspring among the people. All who see them shall acknowledge them, That they are the posterity whom the LORD has blessed.” Isaiah 61:9 NKJV

Pray For Children

  • “Arise, cry out in the night, at the beginning of the night watches! Pour out your heart like water before the presence of the Lord! Lift your hands to him for the lives of your children Lamentations 2:19 ESV

Instructions for Children

  • Therefore become imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father] Ephesians 5:1 AMP
  • Children, obey your parents in the Lord [that is, accept their guidance
    and discipline as His representatives], for this is right [for obedience
    teaches wisdom and self-discipline]. Ephesians 6:1 AMP
  • Moreover, we have had earthly fathers who disciplined us, and we submitted and respected them [for training us]; shall we not much more willingly submit to the Father of spirits, and live [by learning from His discipline]? For our earthly fathers disciplined us for only a short time as seemed best to them; but He disciplines us for our good, so that we may share His holiness. Hebrews 12:9-10 AMP

The declaration by children appears to follow the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon children.
