When?
As soon as possible after repenting of sins/accepting Christ as Lord and Saviour.

- Respondents to Peter’s message: So then, those who accepted his message were baptized; and on that day about 3,000 souls were added [to the body of believers]. Acts 2:41 AMP
- Ethiopian enuch: And as they were going along the road they came to some water, and the eunuch said, “See, here is water! What prevents me from being baptized?” Acts 8:36 ESV

Anything after Water Baptism?
Yes, receive the Holy Spirit. The same verse that says Repent and be baptised continues as follows:
