  • As a result of the anguish of His soul, He shall see it and be 1satisfied; By His knowledge [of what He has accomplished] the Righteous One, My Servant, shall justify the many [making2 them righteous—upright before God, in right standing with Him], For He shall bear [the responsibility for] their sins. Isa 53:11 AMP

How often do you share the Gospel?

  • Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day. Ps 96:2 NKJV

1First day = Day of Salvation (day got saved).
Answer: Daily

Consequence of not accepting Gospel

  • He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. 2 Thess 1:8 NIV
  • Whoever believes and has decided to trust in Him [as personal Savior and Lord] is not judged [for this one, there is no judgment, no rejection, no condemnation]; but the one who does not believe [and has decided to reject Him as personal Savior and Lord] is judged already [that one has been convicted and sentenced], because he has not believed and trusted in the name of the [One and] only begotten Son of God [the One who is truly unique, the only One of His kind, the One who alone can save him]. John 3:18 AMP

Unbelievers blinded to Gospel

  • The god of this age (the devil) has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. 2 Cor 4:4 NIV

Ways Of Preaching The Gospel

  • Many of the Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told me everything I ever did.” John 4:39 NIV

  • Many more believed because of His word John 4:41 NASB
  • from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 2 Tim 3:15 NKJV
  • he said, ‘Then I beg you, father, that you send him to my father’s house— for I have five brothers—in order that he may warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’ But Abraham said, ‘They have 1Moses and the Prophets; let them hear them.’ But he said, ‘No, father Abraham, but if someone goes to them from the dead, they will repent!’ But he said to him, ‘If they do not listen to 1Moses and the Prophets, they will not be persuaded even if someone rises from the dead.’” Luke 16:27-31 NASB 1995

1Moses and the Prophets refers to the writings of Moses and the Prophets; in other words the Written Word of God – to us the Bible as we know it now.

Preach Full Gospel

  • Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
  • Then Philip began with this very Scripture and told him the good news about Jesus. As they traveled along the road and came to some water, the eunuch said, “Look, here is water! What is there to prevent me from being baptized?” And he gave orders to stop the chariot. Then both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water, and Philip baptized him. Acts 8:35-36 BSB
after he brought them out [of the inner prison], he said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
And they answered, “Believe in the Lord Jesus [as your personal Savior and entrust yourself to Him] and you will be saved, you and your household [if they also believe].” And they spoke the word of the Lord [concerning eternal salvation through faith in Christ] to him and to all who were in his house. And he took them that very hour of the night and washed their bloody wounds, and immediately he was baptized, he and all his household. Acts 16:30-33 AMP
  • As Paul expounded on righteousness, self-control, and the coming judgment, Felix became frightened and said, “You may go for now. When I find the time, I will call for you.” Acts 24:25 BSB

  • The Full Gospel at its very minimum includes
  1. Repentance
  2. Baptism

COMMENT: The Lord Jesus never tried to sweet talk people into accepting the gospel. See Luke 14:36 & Matthew 19:21 & Matthew 13:34 Accept the price and accept the full gospel.

Benefits of preaching Gospel

  • Rescue those who are being taken away to death, And those who stagger to the slaughter, Oh hold them back [from their doom]! If you [claim ignorance and] say, “See, we did not know this,” Does He not consider it who weighs and examines the hearts and their motives? And does He not know it who guards your life and keeps your soul? And will He not repay [you and] every man according to his works? Proverbs 24:11-12 AMP
  • Then the wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever and ever. Daniel 12:3 BSB
  • I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ. Philemon 1:6 NIV 1984

Power in Gospel

  • I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation [from His wrath and punishment] to everyone who believes [in Christ as Savior], to the Jew first and also to the Greek. Romans 1:16 AMP
  • for our good news [regarding salvation] came to you not only in word, but also in [its inherent] power and in the Holy Spirit and with great conviction [on our part]. 1 Thess 1:5 AMP
  • For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake. 1 Thess 1:5 NKJV
