Introduction

There are certain Keys in the Kingdom of GOD with which we can unlock the promises of GOD for our individual lives.

KEY 1: No Favouritism

Key Verses

  • For God shows no partiality [no arbitrary favoritism; with Him one person is not more important than another]. Romans 2:11 AMP
  • Then Peter began to speak: “I now truly understand that God does not show favoritism Acts 10:34 BSB
  • For the LORD your God is the God of all gods, the LORD of all lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who does not show favoritism or take bribes. Deuteronomy 10:17 ISV

Examples

1. Healed touching Hem

  • Lady healed: Then a woman who had suffered from a hemorrhage for twelve years came up behind Him and touched the [tassel] fringe of His outer robe; for she had been saying to herself, “If I only touch His outer robe, I will be healed.” But Jesus turning and seeing her said, “Take courage, daughter; your [personal trust and confident] faith [in Me] has made you well.” And at once the woman was [completely] healed. Matthew 9:20-22 AMP  (See also Mark 5:25-34 NKJV & Luke 8:40-48 NKJV)
  • Others healed: And when the men of that place recognized Him, they sent word throughout all the surrounding district and brought to Him all who were sick; and they begged Him to let them merely touch the fringe of His robe; and all who touched it were perfectly restored. Matthew 14:35-36 AMP

2. Raising the Dead

  • Elijah: Elijah said to her, “Give me your son.” So he took him from her arms, carried him to the upper room where he was staying, and laid him on his own bed. Then he cried out to the LORD, “O LORD my God, have You also brought tragedy on this widow who has opened her home to me, by causing her son to die?” Then he stretched himself out over the child three times and cried out to the LORD, “O LORD my God, please let this boy’s life return to him!” And the LORD listened to the voice of Elijah, and the child’s life returned to him1, and he lived. 1 Kings 17:19-22 BSB
  • Elisha: When Elisha came into the house, he saw the child lying dead on his bed. So he went in and shut the door behind the two of them and prayed to the Lord. Then he went up and lay on the child, putting his mouth on his mouth, his eyes on his eyes, and his hands on his hands. And as he stretched himself upon him, the flesh of the child became warm. Then he got up again and walked once back and forth in the house, and went up and stretched himself upon him. The child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes2 Kings 4:32-35 ESV

3. Parting the River

  • Elijah: Then a company of fifty of the sons of the prophets went and stood at a distance, facing Elijah and Elisha as the two of them stood by the Jordan. And Elijah took his cloak, rolled it up, and struck the waters, which parted to the right and to the left, so that the two of them crossed over on dry ground. 2 Kings 2:7-8 BSB
  • Elisha: Elisha also picked up the cloak that had fallen from Elijah, and he went back and stood on the bank of the Jordan. Then he took the cloak of Elijah that had fallen from him and struck the waters. “Where now is the LORD, the God of Elijah?” he asked. And when he had struck the waters, they parted to the right and to the left, and Elisha crossed over. 2 Kings 2:13-14 BSB

Conclusion

Whatever God did for anyone else, He can do for you also. So find scripture verses that pertain to what you want that God did for others and ask the same for yourself. See examples below:

  • Full Life Span & Health: Moses was one hundred and twenty years old when he died. His eyes were not dim nor his natural vigor diminished. Deuteronomy 34:7 NKJV

KEY 2: All Things For Good

Philippians 1:12-14 AMP

2. David's afflictions

  • It was good for me to be afflicted2, that I might learn Your statutes. Psalm 119:71 BSB

Key Verse

  • God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV
Consequently, any fear you have is not from GOD.
