He cured all who were oppressed by the devil. Elsewhere it says that He healed/cured all who came to Him (see below).

Anointed = through the idea of contact; to smear or rub with oil ; to furnish what is needed
Power = miraculous power
Doing good = a worker of good ; (as an effort or occupation); labour, work

1. The Process
- Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, being tempted for forty days by the devil. And in those days He ate nothing, and afterward, when they had ended, He was hungry. Luke 4:1-2 NKJV
- Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding region. Luke 4:14 NKJV
In summary, one could conclude that the Anointing was preceded by temptation and fasting in the wilderness. Fasting usually being accompanied by prayer, it would not be unreasonable to think that Jesus was fasting and praying in the wilderness. What GOD did for Jesus, He can do for you.

3. Effect of the Anointing on you

- As for you, the anointing [the special gift, the preparation] which you received from Him remains [permanently] in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you.
