1. Tongues

  • But you, beloved, build yourselves up on [the foundation of] your most holy faith [continually progress, rise like an edifice higher and higher], pray in the Holy Spirit, and keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously and looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ [which will bring you] to eternal life. Jude 20-21 AMP

Examples of those who used Tongues much:

  • I thank God that I speak in [strange] tongues (languages) more than any of you or all of you put together 1 Corinthians 14:18 AMPC

2. Worship

In other words, when one worships God with all their heart, God’s Presence appears i.e. one has an Encounter with God.

3. Fasting

  • Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, being tempted for forty days by the devil. And in those days He ate nothing, and afterward, when they had ended, He was hungry. Luke 4:1-2 NKJV
  • Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding region. Luke 4:14 NKJV
  • You cannot fast as you do today and expect your voice to be heard on high. Isaiah 58:4 NIV 
Suggesting that fasting correctly can get GOD’s attention. 
The Lord Jesus went filled but returned in the power of the Holy Spirit.

4. Word

  • the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. Hebrews 4:12 AMP
  • the word of God is effectually at work in you who believe [exercising its inherent, supernatural power in those of faith]. 1 Thessalonians 2:13 AMP
  • The words I have spoken to you are spirit and life [providing eternal life]. John 6:63 AMP
