COMMENT: The same behaviours we consider innocent can become snares as we get older. Could it be possible that we cultivate habits that are good for our body soul and spirit?

COMMENT: Would it just be possible that we could switch certain behaviours i.e Drink Sparkling water instead of Carbonated drinks, Watch Documentaries instead of Movies etc
