Then Naomi’s husband Elimelech died, and she was left with her two sons, who took Moabite women as their wives, one named Orpah and the other named Ruth. Ruth 1:3-4 BSB

2. Had not seen GOD's goodness before

And after they had lived in Moab about ten years, both Mahlon and Chilion also died, and Naomi was left without her two sons and without her husband. Ruth 1:4-5 BSB

3. Clung to GOD

Again they wept aloud, and Orpah kissed her mother-in-law goodbye, but Ruth clung to her. Ruth 1:14 BSB
But Ruth said, “Do not urge me to leave you or to turn back from following you; for where you go, I will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge. Your people will be my people, and your God, my God. Ruth 1:16 AMP

4. Not Idle

And Ruth the Moabitess said to Naomi, “Please let me go into the fields and glean heads of grain after someone in whose sight I may find favor.” Ruth 2:2 BSB

5. Landed in GOD's will

So Ruth went and picked up the leftover grain in a field after the reapers; and she happened to stop at the plot of land belonging to Boaz, who was of the family of Elimelech. Ruth 2:3 AMP

6. Hard Worker

8. Was prudent

At mealtime Boaz said to her, “Come over here and eat some bread and dip your bread in the vinegar.” So she sat beside the reapers; and he served her roasted grain, and she ate until she was satisfied and she had some left [for Naomi]. Ruth 2:12 AMP
And she brought out what she had saved from her meal and gave it to Naomi. Ruth 2:18 BSB

9. Prepared herself

Therefore wash yourself, put on perfume, and wear your best clothes. Ruth 3:3 BSB

10. Obedient

“I will do everything you say,” Ruth answered. So she went down to the threshing floor and did everything her mother-in-law had instructed her to do. Ruth 3:5-6 BSB
